WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Thursday dismissed sharp criticism from President Donald Trump over his recusal from the Justice Department’s Russia investigation, saying he beloved his job and planned to proceed serving.
Sessions and his spouse, Mary Blackshear, met when he was a university freshman. He received his bachelor’s from Huntingdon College in Alabama.
